The majority of Chef George Lovell's military career was centered on food service and management, and returned to the food industry in 1996. After years of working with Chefs Paul Prudome, Alex Patout and Gigi Patout, Chef George has acquired a unique ability and creativity as a chef.
Chef George Lovell was originally from Houma, Louisiana and raised in New Orleans. He relocated to East Tennessee following Hurricane Katrina.
